GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address and product availability. The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination country, the purchased items, and the packaging used for shipment. To ensure good service in our deliveries, the shipping cost is applied to all orders.
Due to customs duties and the lengthy processing and shipping periods, we currently do not offer shipping to the Canary Islands or the United Kingdom.
However, LUCILA GULÍAS offers special rates for larger orders. Therefore, the more items included in a single order, the more economical the shipping costs will be.
The delivery time for orders will be between 2 to 10 business days, starting from the date the user receives the Shipping Confirmation email. Please note that this shipping time may be extended for deliveries outside the Iberian Peninsula and for countries that also involve customs handling.
Please note that deliveries are only made on business days.
If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
You can accept the delivery or return the products, keeping in mind that in the case of a return, the original shipping costs and return shipping fees will not be refunded. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return Policy.
For the purposes of these Purchase Conditions, delivery of the order with the specific products will be considered completed when the receipt is signed by the customer upon delivery by the courier at the agreed delivery address.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU
Customs, Taxes, and Other Charges Not Included in Shipping Costs
Taxes, customs duties, and other charges are not included in the shipping fees paid at the time of the purchase order.
LUCILA GULÍAS has no control over these tax policies, which vary by country.
The international courier service we work with may issue a separate invoice from the local customs authorities in each country.
If the customer refuses to accept the package with the applicable taxes and duties, the products must be returned to LUCILA GULÍAS and will not be resent. The costs associated with this return (including transport, customs, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
All international customers are responsible for customs fees in their own country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
